REACH OUT (Riverbed Employees Assisting Communities and Helping Out)
We believe in doing everything we can to change people’s lives, both through our innovative solutions and our volunteer work outside the office. REACH OUT connects employees across departments through the power of giving back. Riverbed employees take turns volunteering at nonprofit organizations focused on everything from anti-poverty efforts to natural disaster relief to community development. The REACH OUT program originated in our San Francisco headquarters. Since then, it has expanded to include our offices around the globe. It’s part of Riverbed’s DNA to invest in the community. We strive to be a positive force through volunteer programs and financial contributions, with a focus on supporting charitable organizations that help those underserved in our communities.
Paul Ash, Executive Director, SF Marin Food Bank"Events like Riverbed REACH OUT not only make a world of difference to charities like ours when it comes to serving neighbors in need, but also help to inspire other companies to become good role models in their communities."
